Case Study: Sam Kettlewell

Person in Taap Racing kit holding medal with “3.3% increase in FTP after 6 weeks of IHT” text

Sam is a Premier Division Cyclist for TAAP Racing whose fitness had plateaued. He undertook a 6-week long interval IHT plan using the Cloud9 during summer 2025. After the 6-week plan he won his first cyclocross race and recorded an FTP increase of 3.3%.

“After completing the IHT sessions, I felt great. In races I was able to just keep increasing the pace and intensity. I effectively rode the others off my wheel. It was a feeling I hadn’t had before.”
